International Shipping

We proudly serve bird lovers worldwide! Please note that we currently cannot ship to Asia and some remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Important: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our feathered friends and maintain product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Birdseed Trays & Seed Catchers (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Opened Bird & Gift Books
  • Custom or personalized items (including select Church Birdhouses and Vintage-Rustic pieces)
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
